This Modernist building features a beautiful spiral staircase around an elevator core covered in mosaic glass tiles. Upper floor meeting spaces seemingly float within the glass and steel structure. A recent renovation preserved the transparency of the building while carving out secure private offices, and created a wavelike ceiling that artfully obscures mechanical systems without concealing them. The architects of this building also designed Prudential Plaza.
