Architectural firm Manske Dieckmann Thompson, PLLC is located within a small Uptown storefront. Designed by the Architect William H. Harlev Jr., construction on the building was completed in 1930. The original owner envisioned a retail structure that capitalized on the area's growing foot traffic and the retail boom leading up to the Great Depression.
The facade features custom, hand-painted polychrome terracotta with the addition of two Indigenous American faces. In 2018, the building's facade underwent a complete restoration, and the interior was transformed into an architectural office.
