Completed in May 2019, the new Senior Center is a bright and versatile space used for senior programming as well as large gatherings such as conferences, wedding receptions, and seminars. It offers capacity to serve up to 150 seniors a day with health, fitness, physical therapy, and other programs. The renovation highlights the beauty of the original bow-truss architecture while adding a modern flair along Ogden Avenue. Complete with indoor plantings, exposed brick and a commercial kitchen, this is a welcoming addition to the Lawndale Christian Health Center campus along Ogden Avenue.
