Herban Produce

Herban Produce is a 2-acre production farm located on Chicago’s West Side. It is one of the most diverse and specialized farms in the city because of its vast growing systems. The farm partners with other local farmers and emerging food producers to provide hyper-local food to Chicagoland, especially neighborhoods that have suffered from food inequity. Its mission is to make farm-to-table easy by giving chefs and consumers direct access to the farmer’s market.

Herban Produce is also a destination for bringing people from all walks of life together to gather over food, music, and art. A flexible retail space houses the farm's programming and is available for private rentals. And there is an onsite 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Airbnb apartment.

Guests will have full access to the farm. Farmers and designers will be stationed to answer questions about growing practices and crops and to share the design concept behind a new grab-and-go grocery. A "Taste of Herban" will also take place in the garden area.
