Partners by Design penned this comfortable and elegant workspace for Centro Inc., a developer of digital advertising software. Greenery, wood, steel and concrete were used to create a sophisticated, tech-centric office that fuses several different buildings into one 70,000-square-foot space. "Parks" break up the large floor plan and create an identity for different departments, while also providing alternative work space for employees. The location of the office, at the center of the city's street grid system in Sullivan Center, fits the company's name. Conference rooms are named after fictional cities, a company kitchen has beers on tap and a meditation room gives employees a place to escape for some peace and quiet.
