333 South Wabash is one of the most recognizable office towers in Chicago's skyline. Completed in 1973, this 1.2 million-square-foot, 44-story modernist building has a signature bright red façade that has earned it the affectionate nickname "Big Red." The windows on 333 South Wabash are often used to display lighted messages, typically denoting holidays, remembrances and moments of civic pride such as when the Cubs had their 2016 World Series run. Fully renovated in 2019, the building now provides state-of-the-art offices and modern amenities including a curated dining experience, conference facilities, auditorium, fitness center, childcare facility and tenant lounge.
Visitors will have access to a vacant office floor to examine the building interior and take in sweeping city views. Dining at the new Culinary Hall is also an option during normal hours of operation.
