Wintrust Arena features a unique, iconic roof design that swells upward over the arena seating and will be visible from taller buildings downtown. The arena is part of a redevelopment plan for the McCormick Square area, and will play host not only to DePaul Blue Demons basketball, but many events year round, including concerts and conventions with crowds of up to 10,000 people.
