Holabird & Roche, 1918
Originally built as a professional office building circa 1918, the Flatiron Arts building was converted to an artist community in the late 1960s. With its distinctive white and black terra cotta, it is a dominant feature of Wicker Park's main crossroads. Under the same management as the famous Fine Arts Building on Michigan Avenue, it includes art studios and spaces and a rooftop deck with amazing skyline views.
Make your way through two floors buzzing with artistic energy.
