At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter for a chance to win a Chicago Architecture Center Friends & Family membership.
Survey entries can be submitted until Monday, November 8, 2021 at 11:59pm CST. Winners will be randomly selected and notified via the email address provided at the time of survey submission.
