Xavier's broad east and west facades feature alternating silver panels and large glass windows, a frequent motif in contemporary designs. To the north and south are more straightforward references to Mid-Century Modern architecture. The building's spacious lobby and rooftop lounges are adorned with unique artwork and are among the most extensive indoor/outdoor amenity spaces in the city. Xavier also features 82 percent post-industrial recycled content flooring.
