Vantage is transforming the skyline of Chicago's suburban neighbor to the west. It's located just feet from downtown Oak Park and the Forest Avenue Historic District. This sleek 21-story glass tower is the tallest building in Oak Park and the first of several upcoming high-rise residential developments in the area. The mixed-use building includes two floors of retail space, 270 residential units and a parking podium capped by an expansive landscaped rooftop terrace. The podium and retail floors are broken up by an alternating facade of angled glass windows and narrow Roman brick veneer, possibly referencing nearby Frank Lloyd Wright-designed homes.
