This 48-story cylindrical glass apartment building was designed by local firm Pappageorge Haymes Partners. It is among the newest tall residential buildings in Streeterville. A four-story podium base includes parking, lobby, leasing offices, and space for shops and restaurants. The floor plan is derived from two angled ellipses that slide apart, permitting conventional unit layouts within an outwardly organic shape and maximizing views.
