Work on this boutique office building began in August 2021 and took just 13 months to complete--an impressive feat during the height of the pandemic, as supply chain issues heavily impacted projects. The interior and exterior take cues from the craftsmanship of passenger train stations from the early 1900s. Archways serve as a subtle motif throughout, from fireplaces and elevators to the building’s logo. The use of brick, glass, and mosaic tiles nods to the past while creating a contemporary aesthetic. The building's concrete core walls remain exposed, adding raw materiality and complementing the industrial history of the neighborhood.

A top-floor conservatory features a bar, fireplace, and lounge seating, and the roof deck provides sweeping skyline views. There are private outdoor terraces on every floor, a full-service fitness and wellness center, a coworking library, and high-tech conference spaces. The building is popular with design industry tenants seeking more dynamic showroom environments than are found at traditional office properties.
