This small former printing plant has been home to Brininstool + Lynch since 2013. The firm had renovated the space for a previous client in 2001. Brininstool + Lynch brings a recognizable modern aesthetic to projects located all over the Chicago area, as well as in other locations throughout the United States and Canada. The firm's work includes residential complexes, breathtaking private residences and the award-winning Racine Art Museum in Wisconsin. Other notable projects include the United Airlines Red Carpet Club at O'Hare Airport; 550 St. Clair St.; the Freeport Art Center in Freeport, Illinois; and the world headquarters of Basecamp. Basecamp's offices have also taken part in OHC and are located right next to Brininstool + Lynch.
